Firstly my congratulations to the boys shield team, a great effort - well done!!!
Luke - Why didn't you nominate for Rachuig?
As best as I can tell It seems that the costs involved in traveling this year (amongst other things) have turned a few away from rolling-off for this years WA Rachuig team.
So much so that even after nominations were reopened (and they were reopened at least once for both the mens and ladies teams) we struggled to make up the numbers for the guys team, even with "last minute" nominations…
That being said, I think we have a great group of young guys in this year’s team and I think I speak for everyone in saying that we are all definitely looking forward to this years tournament.
Now back on topic, a special congratulations also to those who made All Stars for Shield!!!
