Nationals Oiling Pattern

I found this on the TBA website, would be interested in peoples thoughts of this pattern as i have a very limited understanding of these charts.

that pattern will play very well, however depending on Hobarts house pattern in may play tougher than it looks.

I've been playing on it for over a week now and found it to be playing very very tight.
