Daryl, I've tried it, I'm not using it now, I did'nt find any magic, but I was'nt having trouble with my thumb. The product is not cheap, around $8 a piece, I got mine from Terry Maher ( he's been importing finger inserts and thumb slugs for years ) he only got some to try, he has trouble with his thumb.
I don't know of anyone else importing it.
