How long is too long?

Spoke to Brett at AO, and he said that he would follow it up asap.

Still no cheque.

I'm sure you owuld have been sent a notice to pursue funds through a collection agency by Macquarie if it was the other way around by now.

Now if the amount is worth the expense then if I were you I would speak to your solicitor and ask him give them a friendly freminder of their obligations under the fair trading act. An alternative would be to contact the ACCC. They would have received a large part of the funds for Northcote's bowls sale by now or pretty close to it so I would suggest that you also ask you solicitor to request interest due for four months delay.

Ive spoken to Lloyd Klaman now 3 times, and still no cheque, and still no follow up.

7 months.

Way to go AMF... Keep those bowlers happy

On a side note, our new beaut lane machine turned up.... A second hand Crossfire

It is common business practice to charge late/default interest on late payment, so perhaps you guys should consider it...7 months is a joke and if it was me I would have my solicitor on the case.
