Just surfing the net and came across the car list for Gran Turismo 4.
The Japanese are starting to finally notice good aussie cars when they see them. This is the unoffical list. The game isnt due out till november, and some cars may not make the final cut. At this time there are 780 cars but is expected to reach 1000 by the time the game is released.
Aussie cars in GT4 are:
Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo
Ford Falcon XR8 V8 Supercar Race Car
Ford XR8 Xplod Concept
Holden Commodore V8 Supercar Race Car
Holden HSV HRT 427 02
Holden Monaro CV8 02
HSV Commodore (Clubsport R8 most likely)
HSV GTS GEN3
HSV Monaro GTS (coupe)
There is also the PONTIAC GTO, the american Monaro.
Remember its an unofficial list, but these cars are expected to make the cut.
