Coach in Sydney?

Hi,

I would say I'm a beginner as I've not played bowling for more than 3 yrs now. I don't think I can even throw my bowling ball probably.

Went to the games last week and I was having trouble getting my thumb out of the hole...it got swollen after 1-2 games. I reckon there is a problem with my thumb grip as I release the ball.

Does anyone know of a good coach in Sydney?
