Caboolture Grand Slam

hi all just to let everyone now the caboolture grand slam is coming up , so if you want to bowl please book in soon.brian is working hard trying a new format and prizefund to encourage bowlers back to tournaments.

date - 8th / 9th march (saturday afternoon squad/sunday morning squad)
cost - $100
format - 9 games qualifing
cut to the top 8
7 games matchplay
positional round
conditions - caboolture tournament pattern ( used on a wednesday night league and for mary's have ball final last year)

1st place $400 down to 12th place $120 based on 36 bowlers

bump!! it is on this week end!!!

numbers are slow at this stage with only about 15 bowlers booked in so far. so if you want to bowl ring caboolture and book your spot or leave it to the last minute and watch another tournament get cancelled . come on guys it is one of the first tournaments for the year , brian is trying his hardest to spread the money and trying a different format and condition. the condition is what brian is calling the tournament pattern it is NOT the house ditch, it was used in the twin tour final and was fair and scoring was good with out being stupid. top ave was pilko on 215 down to 12th at 195 with 10 righties and 2 lefties.
