Hi All,
Well our first event at Mt.Gravatt was a great success, and thank you to all the bowlers that supported the event. For those of you that bowled the first event will now briefly what I am about to announce, but for those of you that missed it here we go.
Qubica-AMF in conjunction with Ebonite & Hammer are proud to announce the male & female bowler of the year prizes for the Qubica-AMF National Youth Series.
Both the male & female bowler of the year will win a trip to Las Vegas to compete in the 2007 Ebonite TAT (True Amateur Tournament) date TBA, with economy airfare & accommodation paid for. (Excess luggage,meals, etc is at winners cost.
Also donated by Ebonite International is 2 x Ebonite bowling balls, 1 x Ebonite bowling bag, 4 x Ebonite bowling shirts plus entry fee into the event.
If the winner of the bowler of the year prize can not go for any reason, the prize is not redeemable for cash, and will be offered to the next placed person.
You do not have to bowl all 6 events to be eligible to win the bowler of the year prize, as the series get down to the last couple of events, to encourage bowlers that they are not out of the contest for bowler of the year, the 5th event U/23's SA Cup will now have double points up for grabs.
Each prize is roughly valued at $6K each and is the biggest prize ever offered in Australia for youth bowlers to win. So get out an support the events and the series and who knows you maybe going to Vegas!
