Hi everyone,

Campbelltown City Bowl presents to you a new league.
The brand new Super Comp will be a 4 person team league based on 20 teams
Two rounds (38 weeks).
Handicap system will be 70 percent of 210 scratch
3 games a week , point system will be discussed at the formation meeting.
Cost per bowler per week will be $30.00.
The formation meeting will be held Friday the 21st of June at Campbelltown City Bowl.
The competition will start the following week. FRIDAY 7.30PM.

Having handicap set at 70% of 210 is a licence to steal for the scratch bowlers.....There is no chance..I repeat, NO CHANCE for a lower average team to win with this handicap system. Why not be fair to everyone and make it 100% of 210.

Because it is supposed to be a sport?
Cap the team average to even out the talent and award an individual point for beating your average per game. Amazing how much that evens the playing field.

I dont think this league will be going ahead anyway but I agree with robbie... cap the field and avoid super teams and reward shot making
