Great tourney guys!

Althought didn't do too well myself. Still made the 3rd high scratch ave so that was OK.
Condition was very tough, and kudos to Matt/Lennon for bowling so well.

I'd also like to thank Schewpps for sponsoring the prize fund for $1st place and the Pepsi Soccer Balls :)

Cheerio,
BJ

Also maybe next time we want to cap the handicap at say 50 maybe?

Seems like a good time was had by all that attended the tournament. However, from the people who bowled have all told me the same thing, there needs to be a handicap limit! Without it, you wont attract many entries.

Prizefund also, was wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy to top heavy. $430 for 1st place in a $580 prize pool:confused:

Seems a little strange to me. Maybe try cutting that back to say $250 or even $300 max, so you can pay further down the list?

I wish you success for your future tournaments ian, and i hope that the way this one turned out, will help you to plan the next one.

Matt

Matt, the reason why the prize fund was top heavy was because a sponsor gave the tournament $200, with direct instructions to have the $200 go directto first place, on top of what was already allocated for first place.

with out that $200 first place would of been $230, with second and third being the same.

Yes, we are planning another tournament, hopefully in 3-4 months time.
