The problem at the minute is trying to find a middle ground. In 2009, three patterns were run. One for Nationals (which included Snr Challenge), one for Rachuig and one for Masters. Is it time something like this was reconsidered? Progressively making each pattern tighter?

Why wouldn't you just clash it with the youth event? Not many Yth suit up in sports series, and those that do and miss the cut (as with the interstaters that miss the cut), could bowl the sports series on the Sunday. IMO, the dates at which things are run are the least of the concerns with...

Should be trying to avoid clashes with State events (State Championships and State trials) where possible. This should be easy enough to manage. I just hope the horse hasn't already bolted re: this.
