Today saw the running of the 6th skins tournament at Moonah.
Once again there was some high scores needed to win in the mens division and with the absence of Andrew this time it meant other people had a chance to cash in.

With only 2 restricted bowlers Chris Springer took the honours over Phillip Finearty winning Game 1,4 and 5 bowling handicapped games of 205,238 and 193 while Phillip won games 2 and 3 with 198,229.

In the female division Julie Sculthorpe won games 1 and 3 with a 198 and 185 Allison Potter took out game 2 with a 192 and Anne-Louise Renshaw took out game 4 and 5 with a 242 and 200.

In the mens division Lonny Bowler Steve Smith took the 1st game honours with a nice 254. Chris Commane won game 2 with a 219. Simon Commane took out game 3 with a 248. Game 4 saw Matt Cramond bowl a nice 258 and Game 5 was won by myself with a 248.

Congratulations to all winners our next tournament is booked for the 1st of June more details soon.

Androo was missing from the skins tournament today due to him playing for Tasmania Golf Club in the Division One Southern Tasmanian Golf Pennant Final at Tasmania GC.

Tasmania GC defeated Claremont 6/1 and Andrew won his match 6/4.

Congratulations to Andrew and his team.

Looks like andrew drives that little white ball as good as he gets his fingers on the bigger ones (bowling balls).

Hi Wayne,

I can't take any credit for Andrew's golfing ability what so ever.

And for anyone the slightly bit interested in what "Palm Brother" means, it's merely the fact that Wayne and I both use Pocket PC's, i.e. Palm Pilot etc etc.....whew!...thanks Wayne.
