No wrist guard good old stand on 20 hit 10. Lanes where a bit dry but I can bowl pretty quick. Aspley speedo was saying around 31-33kms.
I did use to wear a guard but I bowl so much better without. I also find hydration and oxygen really help. Many bowlers don't realize how much fluid they use bowling.
A few deep breaths in through the nose and out the mouth helps alot. I guess I should of said increase the amount of oxygen in the blood. I guess in sydney its pretty hard with all that smog around. Maybe you can get your centre to pump some oxygen in the air to assist.
