The Launceston Junior Championships concluded today with the Open Masters & Restricted Masters finals.
After getting of to a slow start with a 143 game, Adam Reeve from Burnie then got lined up to average 203 for his last 6 games to take out the Open Masters title from Hobart's Brahm Price by 68 pins. Third place went to Devonport's Jarrod McCarthy a further 8 pins back.
In a nail biting finish in the Girls Open final, Devonport's Amy Furley finished with a sound 200 game to overtake Launceston's Emma Tubb to take the title by 13 pins.
Hobart bowlers, Marshall Collins & Stacey Dare both put in strong performances averaging well over their entering averages to win the Restricted Masters finals.
