Kyle Webber and Chloe Harradine-Hale became for the 2nd year in a row AMF Illawarra Junior Open Champions. Ryan Readman won the boys Classic Masters with Malcolm Ashfield Boys A graded, Beau Williams Boys B graded, Catherine Hewitt Girls A graded and Jodie Kos Girls B graded.

What more can I say except thanks to all for a great weekend and the last for our outgoing committee. We will miss you all.

To all the teams that gave us all fantastic bowling over the 2 day event and showed such sportsmanship, many thanks to Mayfield, Shoalhaven City, AMF Southgate and the ACT contingent.
To all the parents and supporters for your help in making the 2009 Illawarra Junior Champions a success .
From the if bowling was so easy files. “If your ball goes in the gutter and jumps back onto the lane, knocking down pins, you should get them! That's much harder than to knock them down the conventional way. Good bowling should be recognized.”
