    What was your first ball

My first plastic ball was an Ebonite Maxim and my first reactive was a BVP Nemesis. :-P

Can I have some opinion's please!!

I think this one's more than a little harsh. Having a family member pass away is one thing; a complete lack of tolerance from your league bowlers and secretary doesn't help.

Which way do you turn to walk back?

:-P I turn to the right. Unless there's someone riding the lanes; then I just get out of the way.

    Careful what u wish for...

Granted, but the meat on the meat lovers' pizza is a mix of cat food and cemetery leftovers. I wish my damn computer would work for once...

    Bowling Balls

I own... 9? 10? something like that, but I certainly don't cart them around with me all the time. I just bring 3- wet lane ball, all-purpose, aka, the one that I can adjust to use for absolutely anything, and the plastic for tenpins on dry lanes.

Pinpoint - A Game of Skill and Imagination

Sounds like it's a good accuracy exercise. The only other game even remotely like it that I know of is the 7-10 one- some people call it Corner Sharpshooter. Trying to take the seven pin and the tenpin out alone in every frame. Gutterball= strike, and the lowest score wins.

How many leagues do you bowl in per week?

Well, I bowl in 2 leagues per week, but I also go for training once (or twice, depending on if it's Shield training week) and whatever intercentre competitions are around.

Position on the wearing of shorts in tournaments

It's kinda weird, because I have the same issue with not being allowed to wear dress pants in a competition, being female. I have a lot of problems with my right knee, and don't like looking at it, so the obvious solution would be to have long pants, but the standard team uniforms are often...

    What is your highest game??

My highest isn't really that high... 246... Mind, my average is only 172, so there you go. :-P

2006 SA Youth Challenge - Results

Hey, Just like to say that as a Junior bowler bowling in the Under 25's for the first time, it was great fun, and everyone was good to bowl with- no dummy spits and great sportsmanship there. Somehow I made it into the Masters, so look forward to seeing people again there. --Karen K

    Stroker Vs Cranker

If you just don't have the physical strength to be a cranker, is it dumb to try it? Or is it something you can build up slowly? Don't get me wrong, I've got nothing against being a stroker, but sometimes I look at my shot and think, "Hey, maybe if that had it a bit harder..."

    Stroker Vs Cranker

On the most basic level of explanation possible, I'd like to get the accuracy of a stroker with the power of a cranker. Unfortunately, being female and not particularly large, it's not easy to get the power most crankers use.
