I think you will find this may already occur, as to what extent and which states I'm not sure but believe that there has been a few $$ chipped in over recent years to "Disadvantaged" states with high travel costs.

I agree that both Men and Women should have the choice to wear shorts. What I'm not sure about is what does it matter how much the shorts cost, shouldn't it be whether they fit the description of "Dress Short" as opposed to how much they cost? :confused:

My two cents worth - there is no other option in this state but to be BLACK AND WHITE, take a look at this situation, some flexibility was aforded (or what ever you want to call it) and it's turned into 3 pages of posts on the forum hence why it can't be any other way than Black and White...
