Possibly relocating to Brisvegas and looking for a few competitive night time leagues where a 200 plus average bowler will fit in. Work might be based in Coopers Plains to give very rough idea of area. Any suggestions?

I am currently working at AMF Frankston and can say that your comments are wrong Becka Girl.
We have had staff working here for up to 25 years without any problems of the type you are stating.
I wouldn't leave my car unlocked anywhere, shopping centre, bowling centre, your own driveway etc.
Best leave I have seen was last tuesday night, a lefty left the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 on the first shot..... yep he took the 7-10 out of a full deck.
Sometimes you just look in disbelief, shake your head, shrug and move on.

I think the main point keeps being missed. You may have two hands on the ball during part or most of your approach, but at the point of delivery there will only be one hand in contact with the ball. If that is the right hand, you are a right handed bowler. If it is the left hand, you are a left...
Hi Ray, I would be interested in any layout tools, pitch gauges etc, that you have. Can you PM me info on anything of this type, that is available?

New season will start on November 12 at 7 pm, with a short reformation meeting on November 5th straight after presentation for our first season.

On the first night we had 14 teams plus one bowler, which is a great start. We will run this league as 16 teams with a 15 week season. We need three more bowlers to fill the league, so if you're interested, please ring the centre (95445789) or PM me. Clayton's THS was used and scoring was...
As an AMF Clayton employee, I can confirm that we will be using the Clayton House Pattern for this league.
The experiment with Dead Mans Curve on the fun night was interesting. First two games required accuracy and patience. Any poor shot was penalised, but good shots were still rewarded...

As in previous years, I will open and maintain a thread to keep track of the Dunn Shield teams. Please add your centre's teams, both Male and Female, to the thread. They will be added to an Excel sheet, so all the teams are in one place.
Frankston's team will be up this week.

Former Telstra building in that area. Machines going in from mid Feb and opening around Easter.
As for Chaddy going purely social, I haven't heard anything like that.
What would the Philo's do??

Not quite sure how or why this thread is heading in a new direction.
1) Junior Shield is not going handicapped this weekend, end of story.
2) AMF is not owned by Macquarie Leisure, it is Ardent Leisure and is not connected to the Macquarie Bank.
3) League bowling is the foundation of the...
These are the teams based on documents from Regional Office with some changes noted through the forum here.
Looking forward to a great weekend of bowling, catching up and the odd bit of ****stirring.
Thanks to Jenny for getting this information started.
