Yeah Yeah , I like all the high ambitions sprouted above but I feel that if you don't enjoy the game you might as well give up. Sooooo, I will just work at having fun with a bit of focus thrown in for good measure. This is going to be my year.

Lowest score I bowled a 98 in a head to head Superleague competition a couple of years ago. The only good thing about it was that I won my point. I think I still hold the record for the lowest winning score. Doh!!

Can anybody tell me if bowling has any physial benefits for social league bowlers? Ten Pin Bowling is a sun safe sport and matches the ideals of Sun Safety Policies established by the Queensland Cancer Foundation but surely there must be more.
