Hi Chris. The problem with your comment is that the seniors bowling the three sports pattern tournaments are not complaining. They were more than aware that the conditions would be difficult. The only complaint from the seniors was that there should have been a separate rolloff

Maybe some locals could offer to move before asking other bowlers to tackle 3 and 4 hour drives after finishing a squad in the late afternoon.

Hey Barb I would be interested in seeing who did vote for the selection to be via the first 3 events because I cannot find one bowler who thought it was a good idea and in some states the representatives didn't bother to send it out to their members or give an opinion. Susanne

Hi David Caboolture actually bowled Saturday Squad A then B and again on Sunday Squad A then B. The original plan was for the Saturday Squads to bowl 12 games which would leave B squad finishing at 12 am which is why they opted to not rotate the squad and eventually reduced the Saturday...

Hey Strop Yes you came 1st in 2009 and 2nd in 2010 with a 240+ and 220+ average which must have both been on a ditch. In 2011 when we started setting the 6:1 the best you could do was a 197 average finishing 17th and sadly you did not return in 2012 to experience the more challenging pattern...

I am not advocating that the Seniors Pattern should be has hard as they have been but I do not believe an 11 to 1 house pattern is saying much for the skills of the Seniors. Unless your a leftie at your home centre and need all the help you can get :) I have always set an in between pattern...
