A great little series has been set up. A couple of weeks before the first event and only 12 bowlers are down. C'mon bowlers in this great state, so many of you are willing to say you love the sport despite kicking it (religously too I might add). If you love the sport and want opportunities...

Will be able to bowl 4 of those events. 2nd event clashes with East Coast. That being said, great job in getting this organised, I hope it gets off the ground, and although unlikely to be able to win the trip to Vegas I will support the other 4 events. Well done.

I hope that comment was in jest. My best mate (and training partner) is extremely thankful for the support he received from everyone. Be it his great close mates, or the guy who averages 120 on a Sunday night at Keon Park. I would like to think that the comment doesn't relate to everyone...

Wouldn't mind hearing what people think of the format for this event. Not a "sprint" format like A.O, but not the endurance event of the past.... What are everyones thoughts?

I just have the gut feel that Wayne and Brien would handle the dry ok.

The 3 centres suggested so far are all dry... Surely a pattern that doesn't give free hook would be in order, then we would see who the better BOWLER is.

wow..... We are almost the first team to qualify. Do some research before you post silly comments like that. You look foolish!

It is also a league where the participants want to improve.... not many people are after that in a league unfortunately. At the end of the day Cyril, we will all become better bowlers for it and achievements like the one you achieved a couple of weeks back will be easier to obtain.

Got out of the easy centres and into a Sports league. I doubt you will see any big scores next to my name. Working hard in preparation (both on and off the lanes) for the tournaments I plan to bowl this year. Hoping things go well. As always I am up for a challenge, U.S. Open pattern...
