I find if my msn isnt signing in that I reboot my computer and that helps or the other option is to get a new password and that works as well...As for the email issue well that happens to me as well I come back to them normally bout 10 minutes later and it works fine for me...Good luck Charlene

The advice that I was given was to put the balls in a tub of warm water(not hot) with a small amount of amonia and let them sit for about an hour but make sure that your finger holes are covered so that they dont swell. I tried it and that works for me Charlie :D :D :D
