Strange how Epping have got the final again when there are other Centre's which can host the final but haven't done so in the last few years... I think the last 3 have been at Epping, Altona and Narre Warren... I'm sure that Mentone and Werribee can host the State finals as well... Not sure on...

Well done to Geelong on the overall, Sunraysia for the mens and Shep for the ladies respective victories. Being a spectator was bad enough with the oppressive heat in the bowl so for all those that were bowling, you all deserve a pat on the back for all your efforts.

It's all good... Was more asking than biting and I'm sure it's been flogged to death on here before as well... ( the whole wrist guard debate) But the idea about the iPod wrist thingy sound like a good one, you could even have a flip up screen to watch crap on in between shots.

It doesn't affect the way I bowl so I couldn't care less. Ok... I'll be the first to bite about the wrist guards, I would rather bowl without one but need to at the moment after wrist surgery until I get the strength back in it. Would that still be an unfair advantage or not?
