Seniors & Restricted team selections are even earlier and those forms aren't out yet either. If entries close a week before rolloffs then we have only 10 days to put in nominations. Considering some leagues don't bowl during school holidays it makes it tough to let people know.

We note the entry form will be out in June however would like to know the date the Welcome Tournament is scheduled for and if possible the dates of other (non challenge) events ie Masters etc. Do you have any dates yet.

Sure do. To bowl in any TBA sanctioned league or tournament (ranked or not) you do need to be a registered TBA bowler to participate. If you do manage to bowl (ie no-one checks your registration) you are ineligible for any awards or prize monies as it is a condition of entry to the event.
