I can tell you that not everyone who sits a coaching exam gets a pass... I know this because I have had to fail people Not always pleasant but it is required

Coaching with official coaches and Non official coaches is an interesting subject There are so many ways to learn in our sport Spending time on the lanes with people who know your game very well is one method particularly in a 5 man teams league etc... You learn to look for what you team mate...
