Personally Frank in most shops i know and run the service aspect is just that...Part of my job as a ball driller. The pricing in my shops is at best on the bread line and as Breton said earlier most pro shops do their level best to keep their customers happy by offering over and above...

Frank it the average to below average league bowlers that are the bowlers of tomorrow and they deserve the same treatment and service in regard to fit so they can enjoy their newly chosen sport....... Even an average league bowler has the right to a very good fit and the access to knowledge of...

To be honest i have now taken the stand ,that the very valued customers i have,that come through the doors of my shops, understand they are getting a service, as well as an acceptable deal on their equipment. Most of these bowlers have been passed onto me by word of mouth from other customers...

John, If you have thrown it the best you can and dont win.Not much you can do if your out bowled. Personally i try to repeat the best shot i can each frame if the total in the tenth is enough to win thats great if not i can walk out knowing i did my best. Knowing your opponents score going into...
