All Bowlers are invited to attend - the basic technique of bowling, target shooting and sparing are taught. Ideal for those persons who have juniors in the sport, for those who want to be an accredited coach in the future - and for those persons who just want to learn more about the sport they love.
General Principles of Coaching - Level 1 Course -

This course is a prerequisite to becoming a sport coach in Tenpin Bowling - details of the course content will be made available to persons applying. You may choose to complete this course at Tafe and University as an alternative option. TBAQ are offering this course at a reduced fee of $70. There is also an option to complete this course by correspondence via the University of Queensland.

If you have current accreditation in other sports you will have satisfied this requirement and you will be required to offer proof of your accreditation prior to attending the Tenpin Bowling (Sport Specific) coach accreditation week-end Course.
Tenpin Bowling (Sport Specific) Coaching accreditation Level 1 Course:

Saturday and Sunday - 29th & 30th November
9am - 6pm both days
Cost $140
Coaches learn on lane coaching techniques, coaching different style of players, lane orientations and coaching strategies to coach groups, individual and mass coaching scenarios. This course is a must if you have an interest in coaching and is the springboard for higher coaching accreditation.
This course will be run by Gail Torrens and other Mentor coaches in Qld.
Applications must be received 2 weeks prior to the course - late bookings cannot be accepted as manuals are to be received prior to the course.
TBAQ offer credit card facilities for payment of deposit and or full payment.
