TBAQ announces that it has acquired the Dartfish software as an advanced coaching aid.
This program will be used at the upcoming SQ Junior/Youth Training camp and will be made available for other selected coaching sessions.
For those not familiar with the program, your approach is filmed on digital video and the results can be viewed on a laptop almost immediately after.
The path of the ball is also analysed - (if you watch the cricket on Ch9 you can see the projected ball path illustrated by the red dots; this is the same software).
Bowlers can also take home a disk for personal analysis with their actions recorded.
