Queensland State Youth Team Policy

The decision to make State Champs compulsory for any Youth Team Bowlers who may be trying out for the State Youth Team in 2009, has now been removed.

It will however be a compulsory component in 2010, at which time TBAQ will introduce a special Youth Division into the Adult State Championships.

There are no Youth State Championships in Queensland at present and it is felt that the introduction of this new division will fill that gap.

In the meantime all Youth Bowlers who are not otherwise committed are encouraged to put their 4 person team entry in to this years Adult Champs on the Sunshine Coast.

Hi Melissa just to confuse you thoroughly (as if I havent already) it would apply to both Qld teams, however I think the Youth Committee will permit NQ members to bowl in their own Local Champs.
