if anyone had a sore muscles in a bowl arm ?

to anyone tell me about it in a advice ??

if stressful is link to stroke or just stroke attack hit sore muscle arm.

what treatment to it ?

how help it to be healing ?

go to physios??

I once had sore fingers. The pain led from my fingers right up my arm.
Went to physio...it wasnt my muscle, it was the tendons...they are permanently injured...go see a physio.

Definately go and see a doctor, preferably a physio.

They will be able to help with the problem. Also, always make sure before you bowl that you stretch the fingers, wrist and forearm on your bowling arm, to prevent this injury occuring in future.
