Thank you TBA for posting a new league constitution and rule options form in your files section. This paperwork is very much needed and will be a great help to all secretaries. As long as it is read in conjunction with the general playing rules every league will find this most useful. I am posting this here because in the past I may have been a tiny bit critical regarding the governing body, but on this occasion I think they have done a good job.
