Huge congratulations to you both! I can imagine how pumped Chris would be right now and Stephen, you will always be an honorary Tasmanian from now on :)

I believe this is the first Youth medal Tasmania has won? My apologies if my memory is failing me! It would have to be the first gold though. Regardless, a great effort by the young fellas!

Yes Kace you right in saying it is the first gold, but it is the second medal following Stephen Cowland winning bronze in the singles yesterday.
The boys led by 100 after 3, 120 after 4, 150 with one to go and comfortably held off the fast finishine WA boys to win by 50
Big boofa certainly was excited, he had a tear in his eye. His desire to suceed shone through today. Cow has been outstanding since the first day with the team. His ability, knowledge and teamwork are first rate. Stephen and Sam have also been great team members so we are looking forward to having some fun in teams tomorrow.

Signing of for now a very happy sensai (not sure about the spelling)

Well done to all the youth bowlers (and Brett & Aaron) and congratualtions to Chris and Stephen on your Gold Medal performance today.

Have fun in the teams tomorrow and lets add a few more medals to the tally.

I will endorse what everyone else has said here, great bowling boys, many more to come

I have a very short attention span don't I. Of course he won the bronze. My bad - apologies Stephen.

Hope you're having a great time over there Brett (It's "sensei" I am told :D).

Good luck to everyone for the teams event.
