Mrs P Beware the sleeping Tiger Feb 2, 2013 #2 Hi Nev, Our bumpers start at 3 years and move into juniors at 9. We do the same as junior to youth...if turning 9 that year, then they stay in bumpers but the next year they must go into juniors. Hope this helps.
