Does anyone remember or know of a little 6 lane, (I think), Bowling Centre that was for sale in Victoria (once again, i think) some time back?

Looked like a great little centre.

Did have the ad. Can't seem to find it anywhere now.

The asking price was too high, otherwise someone would've purchased the bowl by now. Just one pointIi wish to make regarding the profitability of a six lane centre....
There's virtually no chance and making anything more than a small income as an owner.
.below are the numbers
Best case scenario is a full house M-F for both the early and late shift, plus an additional daytime league running M-F. That equates to 450 league members bowling a total of 1,350 games per week @ 5.00 per game.($6,500) Add in a weekend turnover of ($3,840) based on 40 games per lane bed daily at an average rate of $8 per game. Weekly sales of just over $10,000..and this is very very optimistic, won't make the owners any money after paying for rates, rent, purchase, repairs, staff, etc...You'd be lucky to net a grand per week after taxes. In reality, you need at least 16 lanes to make money.
