This series of events has been designed for Tenpin Bowling's up and coming Junior Bowlers. It follows the same format as the Adult Border Runner Series. It is a Handicap event of 90% of 200 and is open to all TBA registered Junior Bowlers.

The format consists of 6 games of Qualifying and cut to the top 4 for a 1 game step ladder final. (4th plays 3rd, Winner plays 2nd, Winner plays 1st). It costs $50 per stop to enter and due to this low entry fee, there is not individual centre payout, but instead, a Perpetual Centre Tour Stop Shield, 1st 2nd & 3rd Trophies & a Sportsperson Award.

In order to gather the most points and be eligible for the end of year payout, bowlers will need to commit to the series and bowl every Tour Stop Event.

Sponsorships are still being finalised & a confirmed End of Year of Payout Proposal is to be advised.

The Tour has already secured Sponsorship from Brando's Pro Shop Distribution, Go Bowling Ashmore & Schweppes Australia.

This is shaping up to be an awesome Event Tour, we look forward to having you support.

The Tour facebook page is: https://www.facebook.com/juniorcoast2coast

The Tour Stops are as follows:
29th March - Go Bowling Ashmore
26th April - Coolangatta - Tweed Heads Tenpin
26th July - Logan City Tenpin
16th August - Mt Warren Lanes
13th September - Ballina Tenpin
15th November - Lismore Tenpin.

The entry form for Ashmore will be available shortly.

Thank you for you support in building a future for our Juniors in the Sport of Tenpin Bowling.

Kind Regards
Kristy Lawton
Tournament Director.

Check out the scores from our First Stop at Go Bowling Ashmore!

Our 26 Junior Bowlers put on quite a show, showing off their talents. They all looked amazing in their bowling shirts & dress shorts; perfect ambassadors for the sport! :D

The 6 games qualifying ran smoothly with barely a glitch with the lanes or machines.
...
The step ladder final was an interesting format for the up and coming junior bowlers, but each bowler continued their fine form into the final rounds.
Emily came through with an up-set to knock William from 3rd to 4th and advance herself into the next round.
Chris continued on from his high scoring qualifying form, he showed his bowling experience, taking the match from Emily and securing his position into the FINAL Match against fellow Ashmore Representative Liam Mason.
It was a nail-biting FINAL, that all came down to the 10th Frame. Liam opened the door for Chris to take win. The pressure was too much for Chris, he missed a spare conversation. Leaving Liam with the biggest grin on his face. He did it! Liam has WON the first Coast 2 Coast Tour Stop!

WELL DONE to all the bowlers who participated in the tournament today. We are all looking forward to the next stop at Coolangatta Tweed Heads Tenpin on the 26th April.

Thank you for your support and Thank you to all the Mum's and Dad's!
