In order to be eligible for the draft and/or the Fusion teams all nominees must complete and lodge the below form
DARRELL HOLT RESTRICTED AND CLASSIC CHALLENGE PLAYER DRAFT AGREEMENT
1.0 Purpose
1.1 The Draft for the Darrell Holt Restricted and Classic Challenges and is open to all Bowlers who have completed the roll-off in the zone where they reside but failed to make the Team.
2.0 Objectives
2.1 To provide players from Zones where there are many qualifiers an opportunity to compete in this competition.
3.0 Procedure
3.1 Applicants must fill in the attached form providing scores and final standings of their own zone roll-off and personal details. The applicant must also have their draft application form signed by an authorised member of their zone Holt Committee.
3.2 All draft applicants must understand that if they are successful in the draft they must pay travel expenses to the competition and any other expense to the zone for whom they are competing as required. Draft selections may also be required to pay a $100 upon selection in order to confirm their selection. This amount will go towards ordering the team bowling shirts and will be deducted from the overall costs.
3.3 During the actual competition, all successful drafted athletes must reside with the team and be part of that team and take directives from appointed Team Officials.
3.4 Applicants to be included in the draft must complete the application form and post to: Holt Challenge Tournament Committee, “Spinnaker Blue” 18/8A Spinnaker Drive Sandstone Point Qld 4511 or emailed to [email protected].
3.5 Applications must be lodged no later than the 31st March 2014.
