Hi all,

Please see attached this years entry form for the 2009 AMF Youth Cup held at AMF Tuggeranong from the 12th to the 13th of December. Entries can be placed via the AMF Website. Squad lists will be updated and placed on Totalbowling, don't forget to secure your entry you will need to place a deposit via credit card over the phone by contacting the staff at AMF Tuggeranong on 02 6293 3888.
