I haven't been fined for speeding but what I find annoying is when you notice several speed camera units or units with hand held radars patrolling areas where they catch people going downhill! I've heard plenty of stories where people have been caught going downhill about or just over 5km/hr...

I suppose one of the issues is whether the parents of that child are prepared to fund their kid next time at President's Shield. I for one would certainly be hesitant to fund my child's trip to President's Shield the next year if he/she only bowled a handful of games during the tournament...
