I worked at a centre for 15 years then the business sold. The new owners kept me on as the Tech for a few months then decided they didn't want to spend money on wages to do lane and pinsetter maintenance. The lanes now get washed and oiled by the owner or a couple of league bowlers/pro bowler...

That would have been when we still had Odin pinsetters. Since then they have upgraded to 82-90XL's. I was a Tech there for 15 years and can tell you that the lanes did get cleaned when I was working there.

It still only pays about $22 per hour. There are many better paying jobs out there.

All you need to clean house balls with is some warm water with dish washing liquid or lane cleaner.

I prefer medium oil. I dont mind dry or oily. All you need to do is adjust.

I took the spiral test, it did nothing for me.
