Hi all

Quite a bit of movement between squads - check out the updated list

Pattern the same as 2010, WTBA Beijing - attached

Have only received one entry for A squad (Friday night) so will not be able to continue with this squad option.
Plenty room in B and D.

Quest apartments have added some accommodation specials, just across the road from the bowl.

Is it a similar pattern to last year? I only had 2 balls with me last year (strong ball and spare ball) and my go to ball was going long and turning over hard, i found this reaction hard to handle. Luckily i have an early roller this year!

i was going to make some sort of point, but i have forgotten it.

Hi all

Please note, as posted on top of page, the pattern is Beijing.

All my contact details have been listed on the form should anyone require information.

Thanks
Leanne

Deposit of $150 by Christian Purdue will now make full payment for NSW Open.

Daz, I know you throw a straighter style of shot, but you should not require any aggressive equipment on the Beijing pattern as this is a known short pattern from the WTBA library. Generally speaking playing on shorter patterns requires shots to be produced using a line further outside on the lane usually 5brd and out, although some were able to move a little inside that last year on this one, but for myself, I played this pattern 95% of the time with a Roto Grip Grenade (which is a urethane ball) outside. I would be ensuring you have a couple of light reactive balls to help deal with some over reaction. Surface on the ball will make a big difference as well.
