G'day everyone. After bowling the last couple of years with worsening tendonitis in my wrist and elbow I have decided to make the switch to left-handed. I see it as a great challenge and understand it will take a lot of time, practise and patience to be successful at it. Problem is where I'm from we don't have any accredited coaches and are quite isolated from any major city. Does anyone know of somebody who has successfully made the transition and could possibly give me some tips or drills to follow as I (re-)learn? Any advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
