Can you please advise of approx time that presentation should be on Sunday afternoon.

Just depends on flights for Newcastle or Sydney.

Hi Simon,

The approx time for commencement of presentation should be 2.30pm to 3.30pm. I believe if you book flights for 6pm that gives you enough time to travel to airport and check-in baggage.

Hope that helps with booking flights.
