AMF Super Six 2002

Just Wondering about how do i get on the Mailing list to receive entry forms for the 2002 AMF Super Six events.

Also has the SA Cup entry from been printed yet and has anyone got one. (It might be a bit early but though i would ask)

If anyone can help that would be great.

Apparently the SA Cup entry form is not printed up yet but you can find more details by calling AMF Woodville Bowl in Adelaide on 0884457400 and ask for Colin Weber. He should be able to give you more info.
