While the administrators and moderators of TotalBowling will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and and neither the owners of TotalBowling, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. You also agree that you will not post any links or images to or from external websites (unless bowling related). If you break any of these rules, it may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned. Members are allowed only one (1) login each, and any additional logins created/registered may lead to the suspension and banning of all of the users accounts.
The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. All owners of computer networks should take ownership and responsibility for their network. If a post is recorded as coming from a network and it breaks any of the forum rules, TotalBowling reserves the right to ban the IP address, or all memberships of all posters from that originating IP address. You also agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of TotalBowling have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time for any reason whatsoever, and that TotalBowling also reserves the right to modify members signatures for any reason whatsoever. TotalBowling also reserves the right to ban any IP or Member for any reason whatsoever. All decisions regarding the warning, banning or suspension of members, or reversal of suspensions of bannings will be at the discretion of TotalBowling.
You agree that posting threats of legal action against this website, moderators, admin, webmaster, members or any other person or company, will result in immediate suspension of your account. There is a time and a place if you wish to pursue such courses and the forum is not the place.
