Just thought I would introduce myself. I'm John from Wollongong, I'm 28 and have been bowling since I was 8. I have been playing 4 or 5 leagues are week and am thinking of entering some tournaments which I haven't done since I was a junior. Anyways, tats me. Welcome to the forum Johnny Storm....

Good luck in the return to the Tourny Scene, i was in a similar position in 2009/2010. A good suggestion is to wait for the NSW Sports Series to start (presuming it is returning in 2012).

Its a good challenge on tougher patterns than league shots without all the drama and rules of a ranked tournament. John and Stephen Cowland do a great job every year and Its a good format and good value, most of all good fun with friendly people. Hope to see you at some of the events in '12.

Thanx roysa. I'm considering entering the nsw state championship being hosted down here in feb. I actually know Stephen cowland, used to bowl juniors with him.
