900Global are the newest bowling brand on the market. They currently pour out of the old Columbia factory in SanAntonio, Texas.

Headed by an experienced team, which consists of, but isn't limited to the following people:

Phil Cardinale - Former President of Track Inc, also inventor of Dynoroos/ABS shoes (now known as 3G shoes F.Y.I.)

Mike Sellers - Former Vice president of Columbia Industries

Nick Seifers - Bowling ball designer for Columbia 300. Also previously working for USBC. While at the USBC, he was in charge of most of the Ball Motion Studies being conducted over the past year.

900Global will be the umbrella company under which it will distribute Dynoroos, AMF300 and its own brand of 900 Global performance balls worldwide. They use quality BASF resins and proven coverstock formulas as well as some of the best people available in the industry to produce amongst the highest quality bowling balls that one can buy.

In fact recently, the winner of the 2008 Euro Challenge used a Break Solid. Peter Ljung started at the bottom of the 4 player step-ladder final by knocking out club team mate Osku Palermaa 232-217. In the next game Ljung dismissed PBA pro Ronnie Russell by 194-160. In the championship game Ljung beat PBA tour titlist Michael Fagan by 220-187.

Although technically a brand new company, when asked about the very topic, Phil Cardinale replied with the following:

"We have some of the most experienced people in the industry available to us, as well as some of the best resins, too," Sellers said. "If you add up all the experienced people and contacts we have, it would be unfair to call this a startup operation."

Their website for their products is www.900global.com which includes all details regarding their ball, shoe and bag products. There will be some reviews (including video) posted over the next few days, as there are several bowlers already enjoying the gear.

Stay tuned!

Phil Cardinale was also the owner of the Dynothane company which engineered the famous "Soaker" coverstocks, well renowned for their durability and longevity of reaction. The new Break S-75 is 900Globals re-incarnation of the Soaker technology. He also came up with some innovative core designs like that found in the Centrifugal Mass.
