Bowlers, you often hear people complaining about the cost of bowling in tournaments and poor prizes payouts. Now it is your chance to post ur idea of a fair price and what cash payout you would like to see for this type of tournament.

Prize money based on 64 bowlers

Minimum play – 4 games
Maximum play – 24 games

Top 32 on pinfall go to next stage
(Would H/Cap be appropriate? 90% or scratch? in first 4 games?)

Double Elimination playoff in top 32

$25 for highest game on each lane for the whole day
Maximum 2 high games per bowler

First 300 game bowled ~ $250

1st place - $250
2nd place - $175
3rd place - $110
4th place - $60

Questions that need to be answered:

What would you be prepared to pay for this tournament? Take into consideration possible prizes placing’s, high game awards, 300 prize and lineage.

Any constructive criticism and any way that this type of tournament could be improved would be much appreciative

I would pay no more than $60 - 4th place payout.
With a minimum of 4 games - i think this would be a fair price, especially with high game awards for each lane. - 16 lanes = 16 chances of winning $25. Just my opinion anyway, everybody is entitled to one, so please post away!
