$1000 entry for a pretty much a 1 in 5 payout???? You gotta be kidding!!!

If you're expecting around 10 teams then surely the least you would have to pay down to would be 3rd. If you wanted to leave the big 1st prize payout of $5000 then you could probably get away with $2000 for 2nd and $1000 for 3rd (at least they'd get their money back).

Or if paying down to 4th possibly --> 1st: $4000 (thats still pretty damn enticing) 2nd: $2500 3rd: $1000 4th: $500.

The prizefund would have to be looked at more closely to make it enticing for everybody and to give all the teams a great chance of cashing at the end of the season.

The theory behind the actual league and its format is a decent one. It would be great to have something like what allstars was, back again. Its a shame it folded a couple years back.

Just my thoughts on it.
