all you need to do is bowl in any sanctioned league, preferably junior league, within the boundaries of the Sth QLD area, and participate in Sth QLD Presidents Shield roll-offs next year. Forms for nomination should be out sometime early next year. I cannot remember correctly, but I think you also need to bowl an all events at the Jnr State Championships as well ??
