Ok everyone. Here we go.
Very happy to finally be able to announce this years dates and venues for the 2014 Sport Series. It's taken a little longer then we would've liked, but we finally got there, and we're going to be starting up pretty soon.
Our dates are as follows;
2nd March - Shellharbour Bowl
6th April - AMF Rooty Hill
6th July - AMF Blacktown
3rd August - Shellharbour Bowl
7th September - AMF Blacktown
14th December - AMF Rooty Hill
We've tried our absolute hardest to try to avoid everything else that we could on the calendar and we really really hope that we have!
We're also going to go with a 3 different formats this year. One of which is our trusted and old faithful 10 games scratch event. The next will be a 8 game event with a Step-Ladder final, and the final format will a 6 game event with a larger elimination based final. The costs for each format will also change, with the 10 game events still being $100, the 8 game events will drop down to $90, and the 6 game event will come in at $80.
We would also like to welcome back STORM bowling as our major sponsor for this year. Brandon Qualischefski from Brando's Proshop Distribution has jumped on board this year and we have some great things lined up to appeal to all our bowlers in this year's Sport Series. Thanks to Brando and Storm bowling their support, it's very much appreciated.
We hope that everyone is looking forward to the unique challenges that the sport series will continue to offer everyone, and that everyone enjoys the new formats and, hopefully, exciting finals that will now conclude a majority of our events.
